Everyone knows about the 2020 presidential election, but not everyone about who is running and what their background is, for example, Michael Rubens Bloomberg is an American politician, businessman, and author. He is the co-founder, CEO, and majority owner of Bloomberg L.P. He was mayor of New York City from 2002 to 2013. On November 24, 2019 he announced his candidacy for the 2020 United States presidential election. But many people may not think about what will happen to his CEO position as one of the leading news source, how could he possibly keep it if he is President of the united states he has other obligations and can use his position as a CEO to gain profits from other trading companies.
Now you could argue that he has a couple of options for how he can handle his company. But none of them could really work out. Because he could sell his company but after he runs his presidency he can no longer have any relation or connection to the company he built. But there is another opportunity where he could leave the company to a trusting advisor and say, "lead and take over until I am done being president, and don't be bias, just speak the truth". But we all know it will be very hard for that person to be critical of his boss, although he is the leader, for now, he knows his boss will eventually come back. Or that person could sell or vote him out. So there really is no good option and time is running out.
